Properly guided breathing is very important. When you know how to control your inhalation and exhalation, and understand what to activate, adjust, or hold, you reduce the risk of bearing down and excessive pressure on the pelvic floor, which can lead to leaking and abdominal doming.
In my beginner course, I place special focus on breathing and stabilizing the sacrum and ribs.

Do you think it’s important to prepare a workout in advance and make notes, or is it good when a trainer keeps everything in their head?
P.S. Back when I was studying, we never saw our ballet teachers with notes. It was believed that you should remember everything and always be prepared, develop your memory and analytical thinking, and be ready to explain and answer the questions “why” and “what for.”
