Champagne Legras et Haas Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2015

The nose of this Champagne erupts with classic scents of peach 🍑 , pear 🍐 , honeycomb 🍯 and yeast. It is crafted from 100% Chardonnay, grown in the Grand Cru plots of Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, where the Legras-Haas family have made their home.
The winery was founded in 1991 by dynamic wine-making power couple François Legras and Brigitte Haas. However, the family have been growing grapes in the region for much longer than that. François and Brigitte’s three sons, who now run the winery, represent the sixth generation of grape growers to grace the fields of Northern France. Their range offers a classic taste of Champagne, rich, creamy and deeply satisfying.
This Blanc de Blancs has a fine, persistent perlage, which translates to an exciting, velvety mouthfeel. Look for flavours of fresh pear, honeysuckle, brioche and citrus 🍊 rind on the palate, underpinned by a vibrant acidity. This Champagne is only produced in truly excellent vintages.
