The average salary for existing employees is 23,000 gross.

Work is organized in 3 shifts mode Monday – Friday (working week for night shifts starts on Sunday 10 pm) with possible overtime on weekends (if needed by client). Work place is a new, modern assembly plant.

Gross salary: 19 040 CZK base + shift and performance bonus, total monthly gross salary in average: 23 000 – 25 000 CZK

Accommodation allowance: YES, amount: fully paid by company

Paid annual leave: YES, how many days per year: 25 days per year

Food allowance: YES, amount: contribution for meals served in company canteen (employees pay 25 CZK per meal of their choice in the company canteen)

PAPER PRODUCTION
(Český Těšín / Moravian-Silesian Region), one of the
largest producers of hardcover and paperback books in Central Europe.

Position: MANUFACTURER IN PRODUCTION - operation of a bookbinding machine - inserting unfinished production into a machine or line; pallet storage; manual work - work with finished books - inserting leaflets into books, assembly, packing into boxes, gluing labels, etc.

Gross salary: CZK 16,020 + CZK 1,500 attendance bonus + performance bonuses + (surcharge 50% for overtime, surcharge for work on weekends and nights 10%, surcharge for work on holidays 100%)

Average gross salary for the last 3 months:
CZK 27,320 (including all bonuses and surcharges, performance and remuneration for additional hours)

Working hours: 12 hours (11.5 hours + 0.5 hours break + 2 x 15 minutes break paid separately)

Shifts: morning - night - two days off (M-N - off - off - M-N - off - off…….),
Morning from 6:00 to 18:00 and night from 18:00 to 6:00
