Prostor, který odráží energii podniku – přímočarý, praktický, postavený na nadšení a osobní iniciativě majitelů. Návrh zachovává autenticitu bistra s kebabem a zároveň umožňuje, aby se z něj čerpalo při rekonstrukci nebo výstavbě jiných poboček podniku.

The space reflects the energy of the entire concept – practical, straightforward, built on the enthusiasm and personal initiative of the owners. It was important to preserve the authenticity of a kebab bistro, while at the same time developing a functional design that could serve as a example for renovation or the construction of other business branchles.

GEMÜSE CORNER - PRAGUE, VELETRŽNÍ ◼️

Klíčem návrhu Gemüse Veletržní je dvojice jednoduchých pravidel - černá v texturách a bílý pruh. Bílý horizontální pruh prochází po obvodu místnosti a odkazuje na fastfoodovou estetiku. Černá barevnost je na obkladech ve dvou formátech, perforovaném opláštění pultů, dřevodekoru truhlářských prvků, výmalbách, osvětlení a volně stojících prvcích.

The core of the Gemüse Veletržní design is in two simple principles – black surfaces and a white stripe. A horizontal white stripe runs around the room, evoking a fast-food aesthetic.
Black surfaces are featured in tiles of two sizes, the perforated cladding of counters, the wood decor of carpentry elements, wall paint, lighting, and free-standing objects.

Last summer, we worked on the interior refreshment of Goodlok gut-tuning bistro. It was a lot of work with a great team, for which we are very thankful.

The highlight is the main bar, covered in unforgettable tiles. This area is focused on juice, coffee, and breakfast. The main space is complemented by an elevated area where the open kitchen and dining area were installed. This area was meant to be used for special dinners.

Both areas complement each other materially: the dining area features brownish tiles, oak wood, and dimmed lighting, while the coffee area features bluish tiles, stainless steel, and diffused light.

Minulé léto jsme pracovali na oživení interiéru bistra Goodlok gut tuning. Byla to spousta práce se skvělým týmem.

Highlightem je bar s výraznými obklady. Tahle část je zaměřená na džusy, kávu a snídaně. Ve vyvýšené části prostoru je otevřená kuchyně s jídelnou – tahle část je určená hlavně na speciální akce.

Obě zóny se doplňují po materiálové stránce: jídelna má nahnědlé dlaždice, dubové dřevo a tlumené světlo, zatímco část s kávou a džusy hraje s namodralými dlaždicemi, nerezem a rozptýleným světlem.
