We just received today new buckwheat flour directly from a Czech producer 🇨🇿!

Did you know ? Buckwheat flour has been used for centuries in France for their yummy Galettes (savory Crêpes). It makes them really nutritive. Buckwheat seeds often called 'superfood' 🏃🏻‍♂️ are high in fiber and protein. It is also packed with nutrients and antioxidants 👏 (more than Green Tea). It is also Last but not least 😍, Buckwheat fields are also Green Friendly as they dont require any pesticides and herbicides ☠️. They are good for bees as the flower from the Buckwheat has a high power of attraction 🐝.

Did you know 🧐 ? Salty butter is a common product from the Region Bretagne in France. In the year 1343 salt was exempt from tax in this Region , farmers could then get supplies in salt at a lower price then other Regions in France. They used it mostly with the other top product of Bretagne : Butter 😃! Since then salty butter has introduced itself in every house 🏠.
