We are happy to introduce the innovative technology FLEXISANDER for filler application and sanding of flat or curved surfaces, which was developed by our company. Our flexible orbital sander FS 42070E was nominated for The Design Award DAME 2013 at METS 2013. The main advantage of the FLEXISANDER technology is:

SIGNIFICANT COST SAVINGS IN FILLING AND SANDING PROCESS. It is caused by combination of optimal filler amount application and sequential extensive shortened sanding time, while maintaining top quality work regardless workers qualifications. Material savings - using a flexible filling knifes FLEXISANDER applied on the surface, spread the optimal amount of filler needed to adjust possible asperities (saving up to 40% of the material compared to existing technologies, depending on the original condition of the surface) and therefore distinctive time savings during subsequent sanding process. Time savings - less material for sanding and more power performance of electric sander FS 42070 E given by using 100% of the tool working surface. Next advantage is creating the ideal curvature of the sanded surface, eliminating possible human error. The combination of these attributes adds up 50% to 70% time savings over existing technological processes of sanding. Total savings can be expressed financially by the summary of relevant times, current prices of labor and materials used. This technology was originally developed for marine industry but has been successfully used in other sectors, such as automotive, composite, aero-space industry, in the manufacture (molds, models) and others.
