Operated at 10 kHz and 70% power.
Cleaning strip: 10 cm
Total cleaned length: 1.8 km (180 m²)
Cleaning rate: ≈ 3.75 m² / hour
Operation: 4 days, 12-hour continuous shifts
A deliberately conservative pace given three years of baked-on residue. On lighter contamination, the ROD 1000 runs significantly faster.
Thanks to the advanced cooling system and our innovative process head, the machine delivers stable, precise, and repeatable results — even in demanding industrial conditions.

A Czechoslovak meat grinder from the 1930s–1980s, found in a cellar and brought back to life. The grinder is made of high-quality grey cast iron with a food‑grade tin coating, a material combination known for durability and hygienic use.
The ROD 300 Air laser cleaning system gently removes grease, dust, rust, and deposits while leaving a clean, even surface with a natural shine—often without the need for additional chemical or mechanical treatment.
