And just like that the 2024 CrossFit Open has come to a close. For many of us, it was the very first CrossFit competition - and boy, did we give it our all!
Last Saturday, after the three oficial weeks of CrossFit Open 2024, we witnessed four fearless representatives from each team take on a mystery workout in the ultimate showdown. After a tough battle, the team Highlanders became this year's champions! 🏆
Huge congratulations to all who participated and poured their hearts into every rep and every sweat-soaked moment. You're all winners in our book!

The season is here! Let's gear up together for the CrossFit Open 2024! 🏋♂️🏋♀️
🌐 The CrossFit Open is a worldwide challenge testing our overall fitness. But don't worry, doesn't matter if you are new to CrossFit or a professional athlete, the CrossFit Open is for everyone! You can choose the difficulty of your workout based on those divisions:
1. Foundation: If you just started CrossFit the foundations workouts are a great place to start.
2. Scaled: Not quite ready to tackle the workouts exactly as written? No problem. The scaled division offers a classic scaling options for many of CrossFit's common gymnastics movements and includes lighter loading. (For example if you can't do a pullup yet, you can do jumping pullups instead)
3. RX: The most challenging option. Do the workouts as written.
Register for the CrossFit Open and help represent our incredible gym community as we dive into three weekends of fitness fun from FEB 29 to MARCH 18, 2024. No need to jet-set anywhere - we're rocking the workout right in our home gym!

When Lucie and I started working together she was ALREADY in good shape and all of her numbers were in the normal range.
She knew there was some more gains to be had, though and her results have been amazing!
6.2% body fat down
6.2kgs of body fat down
She trusted the system, was a joy to work with and she's now equipped with the tools to continue making progress on her own!
That's the goal.
Not a quick fix and then regress.
Sustainable, long term progress that's flexible to fit your lifestyle.
