When you go on vacation, you take time to explore life, nature, and beautiful places with your loved ones β€οΈ
But donβt forget, itβs also your time to explore the life and space within your body and mind β€οΈ
As a family, we decided to open each day with practice. For us, itβs just as important as visiting any tourist attraction - itβs one of the keys to feeling free, relaxed, and fully present during our vacation.
Vacation practice is one of the best practices because you have time, and you donβt need to rush anywhere, unless you choose to. π¦
