Here is a quick reminder on how to finish your rental correctly:

➡️ Park the car inside the Home Area
➡️ Close windows, turn off lights and ignition
➡️ Check your personal items and trash before leaving
➡️ Close all doors and finish the rental in the app

✅ Important: your rental is finished only after you see the trip summary screen in the app like in the picture of this post.

⛽️ What to do if AutoFuel does not work?

1. Fill up the car as usual.
2. Please use only 95 petrol.
3. Keep the receipt after refueling.
4. Send the receipt to our support team.
5. We will add the refueling cost as bonuses to your RideNow account.

⚠️ Important: refund to a bank card is not possible. Compensation is added only as bonuses.

How to choose the right fuel nozzle? ⛽

Look for the Autofuel station — you can recognize it by the sign and the big plastic box next to the nozzle. And don’t forget: choose 95 / Regular Unleaded 🚗💛

Cyprus parking has its own local vibe 🇨🇾

You’ll often see small private parking spots with a person collecting the fee.
Need a quick stop? You can use them.

Just pay yourself, then move the car and finish your trip in a public parking spot 💛
