🚀 RoboRover V2.0 — Production in Progress

After the latest design iterations, testing, and refinements, we’re now in the final stages of production for the new RoboRover V2.0 — right here in our lab.

What you’re seeing is not a prototype.
It’s the transition from engineering → scalable hardware.

V2.0 brings a major step forward for our robotics platform:
• Improved hardware architecture for reliability and scalability
• Enhanced sensor integration and expansion capabilities
• Cleaner power management and system robustness
• Built with education and research applications in mind

Next step: deployment in classrooms, labs, and robotics teams.

It’s LIVE 🍾

The ROBO+ Kickstarter pre-launch page is officially active!

Built on the good old ATmega328P you already know — but taken to the next level with Wi-Fi & OLED ports, AI, a 12-bit DAC, oscilloscope, and signal generator tools.

Join early. Be first in line.

Time for a new build! ⏰

From simple components
to a complete system.

This one combines:
• Kypruino UNO+ – the brain
• LCD display – for real-time feedback
• RTC module – to keep track of time
• RGB LED – for visual effects
• Buzzer – for sound alerts
• and a 3D-printed translucent prop to bring the build to life

Then bringing it all together with code.

What can two wires really do?

Quite a lot, actually.

Using I²C, Kypruino can communicate with multiple modules
over the same two lines: SDA and SCL.

That means less clutter, easier expansion,
and smarter hardware design.

Legacy, in purple.

Each Kypruino here helped shape the next one, version by version.

Progress is built, not discovered.

New build: Mini Piano.

🎹 What if your code could play music?

This started as a few buttons…
and turned into a fully working mini piano using a compact DIY setup.

🧠 ESP32 – the brain.

🌫 Push Buttons – input.

🔔 Speaker – sound.

💡 RGB LED – light show.

🔌 Perfboard & resistors – the structure.

Press a key → hear a note
Add LEDs → now it feels alive
Add code → now it plays songs on its own

From wiring resistors…
to mapping notes…
to actually playing melodies...

This is where hardware meets creativity.

And yeah…
We’ve been playing with it non-stop 😅

Not your usual Easter egg… 🐣

This one reacts when you find it.

Motion sensing, lighting, and a bit of code —
all packed inside a 3D printed shell.

Whoever finds it is rewarded with a light-up sequence
(and some chocolate). 🍫

Just a small corner of our robotics museum.

Every board here tells a story.

Late nights debugging.
Ideas that worked.
Ideas that didn’t.

Some became projects.
Some became products.
All of them became experience.

And the best part?

The museum keeps growing

🔧 New Build: Guess the Distance

A fun DIY project that measures how far an object is and displays the distance in real time. Perfect for learning about sensors, microcontrollers and interactive electronics. 📏🤖

🧠 Kypruino UNO+ v0.8.1 – the brain.
Controls the system, reads the sensor data and updates the display.

📡 Ultrasonic Sensor – the detector.
Measures the distance to nearby objects using ultrasonic waves.

🖥 Oled 0.91" Display – the interface.
Shows the measured distance clearly in real time.

🔌 Ultra-Compact 5V Module – the power.
Provides stable power for the whole system.

🧩 Breadboard 170 Tie Points – the build platform.
A compact way to connect all components and prototype the circuit.

Small setup.
Smart sensing.
Interactive learning.

Can you guess the distance? 📏
