Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League

The Cal Ripken League Board has voted unanimously to cancel our 2020 summer season. Read our full statement below. To all our players, staff and fans: stay safe and we’ll see you in 2021!

CRCBL - 2020 Season Update:

The Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League took action to delay the start of our summer season to July 1st. We expect to make a formal decision on whether to commence our summer season on that date or whether to cancel our season altogether no later than May 31st.

This decision was made by League Officials and our Board of Directors after reviewing health official guidance, state and local executive orders (that will directly impact League logistics), and most notably in an effort to ensure the safety of all League participants. Over the coming weeks, we will be reviewing the most up to date guidance provided by health officials and our local governments. Should the CRCBL need to adjust its plans again, we will promptly notify the college players we have recruited for the 2020 season and all other League stakeholders accordingly.

While we all want nothing more than to throw out the first pitch to the 2020 summer season, our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted by the serious nature of this disease. The more we all do our part now, the better we will be down the road. Stay safe and stay healthy!

COVID-19 UPDATE:

The Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League is closely monitoring the Covid-19 global pandemic and the effect it may have on our upcoming summer season. To date, the CRCBL has not yet made a decision to alter our current schedule. However, over the coming weeks, League officials will be reviewing the most up to date guidance provided by health officials and our local governments. Should the CRCBL need to adjust its plans, we will promptly notify the college players we have recruited for the 2020 season and all other league stakeholders accordingly. Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League | 2013 All-League Team Announced | Pointstreak Sites

Bring your family out to one of the many fun events happening during the 2013 Cal Ripken World Series, August 9- August 14.

Want to attend ALL the LCS games but only pay a one-time fee? Then be sure to purchase our LCS All-Access Pass which will be available starting tomorrow. Passes will be available at the front gates where tickets will be sold during each game.

Be sure to head out to Gaithersburg or Rockville to check out the first few games.

Redbirds at Giants, 5 pm at Criswell Field
Orioles at Express, 7 pm at MC-Rockville
