🦡 The Badger Protocol
Resistance Training for the Broken
We’ve all been there.
Time off, injury, burnout, travel — then that moment when you walk back into the gym and think, “I’m back, baby.”
Two days later, you’re limping down the stairs, wondering how your quads turned into concrete.
The problem isn’t the effort — it’s the re-entry strategy.
That’s why I wrote The Badger Protocol.
It’s resistance training for the broken — a bridge between rehab and full training, for lifters, fighters, and coaches who need to rebuild without breaking again.
The method is simple but brutally effective:
Hold → Lift → Hold.
The isoSandwich structure slows you down just enough to restore skill, rhythm, and control under load. Add microdosing sessions — short 15-minute “robustness snacks” — and you have a system that keeps you training, even when life gets chaotic.
The booklet includes 110+ pages of logic, templates, and progression tables that make the comeback process practical and repeatable — not guesswork.
If you’ve ever had to rebuild yourself (or help others do it), you’ll get it immediately.

What if periodization wasn’t a fixed plan, but an adaptive process that evolves with the athlete?
That’s the idea behind Agile Periodization — a framework built around uncertainty, iteration, and learning. It’s something I’ve been developing for years, and I recently had the chance to present it live at the Strange Training Seminar in Brno, Czech Republic.
The full seminar — seven presentations covering everything from philosophical foundations to endurance, skill acquisition, strength prescription, and visual management — is now available to members of the Agile Periodization Skool community.
Inside, you’ll find:
– The complete Philosophy of Agile Periodization course
– Downloadable slides from the full seminar (7 PDFs)
– Upcoming re-recorded modules for each topic
– Real discussions with coaches, analysts, and practitioners testing this in the field
If you’re serious about how planning, data, and decision-making evolve under uncertainty, this community is where those conversations actually happen.
Join us, download the slides, and help shape where Agile Periodization goes next.

Most training systems collapse the moment reality hits.
We plan like the world is predictable — linear progressions, perfect recovery, stable motivation — but anyone who’s coached knows it never works that way.
Agile Periodization is different. It’s not another model or fancy spreadsheet; it’s a mindset for planning, acting, and learning when everything moves.
I’ve shared the behind-the-scenes version of the presentation that explains its philosophy — how opposites coexist, how we update beliefs, and why “plans that learn” always beat “plans that assume.”
The course is in development, but you can already read and comment on the full draft (120+ slides) here:

When it comes to gym design, most people start with the wrong question: What should I buy?
The better one is: How do I want people to move through the space?
I’ve uploaded a presentation to my Skool community that covers how to connect gym design, program structure, and athlete flow into one working system. It’s about designing the space around the program—not the other way around.
It breaks down how to build modular “Power Units,” organize the floor for group and personal work, and utilize time-blocked training to maintain a smooth workflow without chaos.
This version is without the voice-over (the talk was in Serbian), but if enough of you want it, I’ll record the English version next.
If you run a gym, plan to open one, or love thinking about training environments, grab the PDF on Skool and join the conversation.
Let’s make gyms work like systems—not storage rooms for equipment.
