experienced in elevator modernization. In the past 20 years, WELLS
has made a lot of modernization projects, which include two speeds elevator, high speed elevator, machine above elevator, MRL elevator, Hydraulic, Escalator and travelator. For elevator modernization, WELLS has at least 4 types of package solution to meet the elevator upgrading requirement at different levels
1. To replace control system only, which includes control panel, COP, HOP, car top box and cables
2. To replace control system, traction machine (gear or gearless), with/without machine beam, with/without steel ropes
3. To replace control system, traction machine with/without
machine beam and door motor/driver or door system
4. Complete replacement, only keep the guide rail and guide
rail brackets
The modernization package can include control panel,
traction machine, Car operational panel, Landing operation
panel, Floor display or indicator, traveling cable, shaft cables,
communication cable, door lock wires, leveling sensor, car top
inspection box, pit inspection box, limit switch, encode, door
motor, door dive, car door operator, landing door device,
governor, safety gear, steel rope, buffer, cabin wall panel, door
panel, etc.
The parts in the modernization package can be provided
according to the customers requirement and the job site
condition. WELLS will provide individual solution according to
