A Note to the RC Community: On Passion and Mutual Respect
At GUOracing, our mission has always been to provide the highest level of service and precision for micro RC enthusiasts. We take great pride in spending late nights assembling, tuning, and ensuring every kit is perfect for you.

However, to maintain the quality and passion that define our brand, we must address an important principle: Mutual Respect.

While we always strive to resolve shipping and product issues with sincerity—often providing proactive refunds or extra gifts—we have recently encountered instances of verbal abuse and groundless accusations. As a small, dedicated team, we are happy to bear financial costs to protect our reputation, but we cannot compromise the well-being of our staff.😞

Moving forward, we are making a few changes:

To protect our team’s focus, we will no longer serve regions or individuals where mutual respect and fair communication cannot be maintained.

We will continue to give 200% effort to our honest, friendly, and passionate players who make this hobby great.

Behind every RWD drift car we ship, there are real people working hard for you. Thank you to the vast majority of our customers who support us and understand that great things take time and respect.
