𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬

𝗝𝗦𝗣𝗔 — The Architecture, The Interior & Landscape Designer of a remarkable project in the factory design field — the new luxury for a business to show off their resources to its audience: not only just limited to office design but also extended to their factory — the lifeblood of a business, where the flow of all parts of a business is gathered.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘄𝘂 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 successfully expresses the industrial aesthetic through a calm but monumental façade, the open floor plans, the high ceilings, the efficient use of natural light, the exposed materials, and as well as the functional for the 2 main purposes of the project:

— a high aesthetics emphasised factory: as an aesthetics workshop for the visitors can watch the operation of the factory's production, but also can enjoy the spaces as a museum/ a shop, a café, and office spaces

and,
— a "factory-tory" — with its original characteristics - enough functions for the operation of a factory: production area with two separate production lines with high volume machinery - and dormitory area for employees.

To combine these 2 purposes into 1, 𝗝𝗦𝗣𝗔 has formulated a spatial organisation that not only minimises the interaction between the visitors and staff of the factory, but also segregates the experience through separate circulation paths—experiential for the former and functional for the latter.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: The building includes: The production lines; the café, shop, offices & the obligated roof's fire-fighting water container on the roof: a sculpture of the raised stainless-steel boxes; & the staff dormitories.
𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲: Completed the Construction.
