One reason so many young people clock 35+ years of age without sustainable success in career and business.

The reason is "To much jumping from one thing to another without the commitment to dedicate time to build"

Here is what I mean. Many young people now pick careers or areas to start businesses because they see someone succeeding in that area and when they try and find difficulties, they look at another person succeeding in another area and they jump into that sector hoping to succeed.

However, they forget that the people they see succeeding in any job or sector, have invested and dedicated time, resources and learning. The people succeeding have gained experience, exposure, built relevant relationships, developed credibility and a strong brand to attract success.

Stop jumping and start building. I always tell young people, "If money is the only reason why you are picking that career or starting that business in that sector, then you will not last. The minute you are not making the money you expected, you will give up or look for another sector you think is making money base on what you see other people doing" Javnyuy Joybert

Do not go jump into tech because you have seen that Zuo Bruno and Mambe Churchill Nanje are making money. Before admiring their results in 2022 go check what they were doing in 2012 you will understand why they are where they are today.

Do not jump into education and start a school because you have seen Fotabe Elmine making strides with Fotabe University of Cameroon-FUNIC. Before admiring her results in 2022 go check what she was doing in 2012.
