Last Saturday we had the opportunity to visit some sites in the city of limbe.

The weather was a perfect ally for us with its magical sunset.

We obviously took advantage of nature, the beach and without forgetting the taste of fresh fish from limbe.

We had the privilege to accompany AVISA a non-governmental organisation (NGO) to show some support to orphans at Good Samaritan Ministries Cameroon, in Limbe Southwest region.

After such activity it was very necessary to gain seaside serenity. 🏝️ ☀️

We savoured the simple joys of life with a perfect leisure stroll with sandy adventures and cozy picnic by the waves. 🌊 🧺

🔹️ ALFRED SAKER MONUMENT
He was a Missionary to Africa who landed, Founded and named the township VICTORIA. (1858-1958)

🔹️ LIMBE I YOUTH MONUMENT
Celebrating the 50th Anniversary for National Youth Day.(1966-2016)

🔹️JOSEPH MERRICK MONUMENT
A Jamaican negro born missionary.
He was a pioneer missionary educationist and printer.
He arrived on the beach of Bimbia in 1843.

Initial name Victoria, Founded in 1858, later on renamed "Limbe" by Late and Former President Ahmadou Ahidjo in 1982.

Limbe is a seaside city in the South-West Region of Cameroon.

Known for its black sand beaches and Atlantic surf.

Popular site as Limbe Botanic Garden with its divers plant species, The Limbe Wildlife Center rescues primates, The Alfred Saker Monument just to name a few.
