TRAIN PEOPLE, NOT JUST TEAMS

Too many organizations spend time building teams, but very few invest in building people.

A team is only as strong as its individuals — their mindset, capacity, and confidence determine the collective outcome. You can have the best logo, vision, and structure, but if your people lack fundraising intelligence, emotional resilience, and donor communication mastery — your organization remains stuck in survival mode.

Train people, not just teams.
Because when you train a person, you transform a mindset.
When you transform a mindset, you build sustainability.
And when you build sustainability, you attract funding — consistently.

At Think Like A Funder Consultancy, we don’t just teach fundraising;
we shape fundraisers into strategic thinkers who understand how funders make decisions.

That’s why I’m inviting you to our upcoming FUNDRAISING INTELLIGENCE BOOTCAMP — a transformational experience designed to equip nonprofit leaders, fundraisers, and social innovators with the tools, mindset, and donor engagement skills to unlock consistent funding flow for their causes.

This is not another workshop —
It’s a mindset revolution for fundraisers ready to move from “chasing donors” to attracting funders.

Who should attend:

NGO Founders & Program Managers

Fundraising & Communications Officers

Social Entrepreneurs

Anyone tired of donor rejection letters

A wonderful conclusion to day 2 of the session, where we emphasized the importance of being skillful and useful, marking an incredible day of empowerment, where we elevated over 200 women and young girls.

One thing is certain: while certificates are valuable, acquiring skills is more significant than the degrees we earn. As a young woman, I encourage you to be creative and strive for excellence in advancing our economy by enhancing your financial capabilities for sustainability purposes. L

We would like to introduce our trainee, Stacey Ntube, a 13-year-old advocate for sexual reproductive health rights in colleges in the South West region and very friendly.

She has empowered over 500 youths on bottle recycling by producing bangles, bags, chains, head scarf, sandals, earings, and shoes in her community. During holidays, Stacey visits our office to offer her services to young girls and women in our community in the South West as a way to curb Gender based violence and reduce the abuse on her peers.

In this picture, Stacey Ntube is taking Hon Culberth Kolle , a youth parliament in bamuso constituency in Cameroon, measurements to produce him a shoe, bracelet, and sandals.
