✨ What you feed your mind and body determines the rhythm of your life.
✨ The people around you help feed those dreams — or starve them.

We all embarked on journeys that gifted our souls with ECLECTIC stories,
Different scars, SALTY trials and unrealistic but RELATABLE testimonies
of all the fights, both the ones we WON and those we lost,
be it in the SHADOWS of our shame or under the sun of once GLORY blast.
We sometimes had to RETREAT and REFORM, but never admit final defeat.
Look back now and tell us, WISE one... how can one escape and not fall to the beat?

Quit hiding your identity behind the world’s.

And revealing to the world the truth of your bravery, faking it but will you make it?

There’s no shame in being kind to the kid who rests within.
Hold their hand, every now and then, tell them it’s okay to keep reaching.
Remind them of who they have become,
Forever unworthy, repossessing their power.
Because being strong is a skill harnessed from the deepest cracks of distress,
Hand in soul, you will never walk alone.
Stand on business, in the truth of your worthiness.
