Urgency Of Knowledge is an initiative that seeks to serve truth pills based off well and deep sorted knowledge from the volumes of the great book coupled with experiences I have had in my years of existence.
Communities and People Full of Excuses.
I dare say excuses are sadly becoming too normal, that some people even pride in excuse like an achievement. The arrogance at building an excuse. Sadly even to our personal development.
Training is harder than the match because struggle builds strength. Every time you push through pain, you grow. Every time you refuse to quit, you grow. Real freedom is the ability to push yourself. But we will rather build a throne room on our excuses. No one has ever grown or achieved their dreams on the pillar of excuses.
They sound genuine at first, but repeated over time they become habits. And habits not dreams, shape your life. Excuses don’t destroy you in one moment; they take you down slowly, gently, consistently. One complaint, one justification, one delay… and suddenly confidence drops, progress seems far fetch, and time is ultimately gone.
Excuses feel like relief, but trust me they are surrender. I say this from my heart. Choose discipline. Choose growth. Choose freedom.
What genuine excuse are you making right now to not achieving or being all you can be? and how is that helping you? CBCHS Baptist School of Public Health

🔥 Let your frustration be your fuel and drive, not your breakpoint.
And yes, I know there are roadblocks. Perhaps there are no jobs. Or the jobs are being filled by incompetent people. Or the top 20% are taking 80% of the roles. Or the government is broken from within. Or the youngest person in the structure is 50 years old. And you find yourself thinking: What’s the use? To what end?
I feel this pain, I ponder over it from time to time. But here’s what helps me: I ask myself, Would I rather be an uneducated or incompetent person in a broken system, or a competent person in a broken system?
You see, the algorithm may be wrong, but trust me, opportunities will show up. Tiny cracks will open. And the ones who seize them are those ready by competence, not those who only vocalize their frustration.
Let your frustration be your fuel and drive, not your breakpoint. Ask yourself: What do I want to be remembered for? For being the one who complained the most? That’s a loud and visible position, yes. Or for being the one who quietly retreated, yet always seemed to be ahead of everyone else?
To those putting in genuine hours hustling, refining skills, becoming better, outgrowing themselves every day, success awaits. It may tarry, but it can never be denied.
What if we decided to be a community that will grow together? When frustration hits, how do you turn it into fuel for growth instead of letting it break you? It may help someone out there going through similar.

Incompetence is not failure, it is feedback.
There is a sense in which we all rise to the level of our incompetence, as stated in the Peter Principle. Yet this should never be a roadblock. On the contrary, it is a call to growth.
I am always fascinated by the varying meanings we attach to the verse: “Study to show yourself approved.” The moment we stop learning and improving, we truly reach our limit.
I believe serving at your utmost optimum is possible. Society may try to define our stretch limits, but those boundaries are not permanent. Growth is infinite for those who keep pressing forward, learning, and refusing to settle.
Incompetence is not failure, it is feedback. It shows us where to grow, where to stretch, and where to rise higher. Do not let the world define your ceiling. Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep serving at your best.
You can be better. You can attain your biggest dream. The real question is: Are you willing to grow to the level of competence you desire?
What specific skill or area are you committed to growing in right now?
The loudest doesn't always win the argument. But you like shouting.

Showing Jesus is not the responsibility of the Pastor, but a privilege for every believer. For I am unashamed of the Gospel of Christ.

No matter how angry the hand is with the a**s, when the a**s itches the hand will still go there.
In the same manner, are we to be there for one another. in accordance with, though we are many, we are one body in Christ..

It's naturally a bad habit throwing stones. But living in a world with diverse people, its only logical to gather the stones the throw at you, and not throw them back. sooner or Later you will find truth in that, the rejected stone, finally became the chief corner stone. every stone thrown at you, is a valuable foundation stone. BUILD.
