This Saturday night, Cosmovision Records takes over Mareida.
A slow-burning journey through electronic fusion, Latin American folk roots, Afro-Latin rhythms
and global downtempo textures.
Behind the decks: Cosmovision co-founder El Extravagante, joined by DJ Raff, setting the mood
from early evening into the night.
Join us from 6pm for carefully crafted sounds and the perfect excuse to explore Mareida’s
pisco-led cocktail bar, plus a handful of bar classics.

Tuve el placer y el honor de mezclar y masterizar estas bellas reinterpretaciones de clásicos del catálogo de este sello pionero en rescatar, preservar y proyectar al mundo la herencia musical afrocolombiana.

Truly delighted and honoured to have been part of this brand new remix EP by for the legendary Colombian label ✨

I had the pleasure of mixing and mastering these beautiful reinterpretations of classics from the catalogue of this pioneering label, devoted to rescuing, preserving and sharing Afro-Colombian musical heritage with the world.

The EP is now out on Palenque Records’ Bandcamp and all digital platforms.

Over the past few months, I’ve been working on the sonic identity of Mareida, a new restaurant in London inspired by Chilean cuisine and the flavours of the southern Andes. It’s been a really special project to be part of. One that feels deeply connected to what I do: crafting a contemporary take on our roots through sound and music.

I feel so lucky to share this adventure with an amazing team. Every single one of them is brilliant at what they do. Working on this project has felt like opening a little portal to Chile right here in London... the flavours, the sounds, the warmth and spontaneity of our culture.

Tomorrow, .london opens its doors to the public. And today, the 4-track EP created as part of the restaurant’s musical curation is out, floating in the cloud and also on cassette ✨
