Это мероприятие подойдет как новичкам, так и тем, кто практикует медитацию и намерен углубить свои навыки и знания. В основе программы — традиционные техники медитации Шаматха (Шинэ) и Випашьяна (Випассана). Вы получите опыт медитации в соответствии с тем, как она передавалась от Учителя к Ученику на протяжении более 2500 лет и наставления по практике от реализованного мастера, который практикует медитацию во многих своих воплощениях.

Медитация актуальна, доступна и эффективна для применения в повседневной жизни любого человека. и цель программы Ripa Awareness Meditation — сделать технику медитации доступной людям, вне зависимости от мировоззрения.

Мероприятие будет проходить в онлайн формате и вы сможете присоединиться из любой точки мира. А также можно будет принять участие в коллективной медитации в Центре Рипа. Будет организованна трансляция на большом экране в большом зале Лунгта.
