📌 A look back at my participation in the workshop on the evaluation of the registration and incorporation process for cooperative societies in the DRC, held from May 5 to May 9, 2026.

I had the honor of speaking on the topic:
“What does it mean to digitalize a service or an operation?”

This presentation addressed key issues related to the digital transformation of public services, including:

✅ the difference between digitization and digitalization;
✅ the essential elements required to digitalize a service;
✅ technical skills and human resource needs;
✅ data digitization and management;
✅ the legal and regulatory framework;
✅ the political and administrative challenges of implementing a state digital platform.

In today’s context, digitalization is a strategic lever for strengthening traceability, transparency, administrative efficiency, and the quality of public service.
