Check the Alberta Tough Mudder located in Drumheller this year (August 6 & 7, 2016)

Should take you around 3 hours with more advanced teams coming in around 2 hours.

Either drive out from Calgary for the day, or book a hotel room in Drumheller if you are exhausted after the race.

The course is 16-20 km of climbing, descending, jumping rolling etc. etc. You name it, you got it.

Not to mention its a pretty good excuse to get in the mud.
