Happy Sunday evening folks….

I’ve taken a step back from business building and posting as we have been called to some pretty big things and it’s got my family feeling all sorts of things

We sold our house (we talked about it for months and then when we went semi public it sold within a week) and need to be out by the end of the month.

I will be headed back to my roots and kicking In spruce view most of the summer but if the hubby gets his way we will also stay at his family’s cabin a bit.

So if you’ve seen me lately you know I’m holding on by threads and prayers and spend most of the days in tears packing and moving on from the home I gave birth in twice.

All this to say thank you lord for being their every time I call on you and to those who have come to help or offered endlessly to take this kids thank you

Due to some changes happening for my family I will be closing my books as of June 30 2025 until likely end of summer.

What does this mean? I have limited appointments available for the rest of the month but will work hard to fit you in if you are wanting treatment before summer.

I may have pop up dates but that will be a last minute announcement.

To all my lovely clients who have supported me (especially this last little while with all my vague answers at times).

Our failures are covered by the blood of Christ.

And blessed are those who step in faith and trust in him

There were a few things that were nonnegotiable when Brett and I had kids. Hockey and baseball

Why? Because i value so many of the things I learned through sports. Because I believe teaching responsibilities need to be taught early and so does work ethic.

The skills and characteristics built at the rink and on the Diamond will serve their future and I am so blessed to have a truck full gear

She did in government birth to a son and he did save us all.

Let go of the fear and step in faith!!

This is something that is being tested heavily behind the scenes in my life currently, and so let this encourage you as it has me.

5 steps can feel like so much at times; if that’s your season of life pick 2 but let’s break it down
1-hydrate from the inside first,swap the third coffee for water-one of my favorites is to do coconut water with orange juice
2-routine; I hate complex so it’s a simple water wash and tallow up in here
3-protect your self by getting rid of crap products both personal care and cleaning. If you need suggestions reach out
4-eat whole freaking foods!!!! Eat things as close to their natural state as possible. Get away from factory food and closer to a farmer
5-celebrate your damn self! We aren’t meant to all be the same we aren’t meant to hide every single piece of evidence that we have lived life

When you have food intolerances it’s so important to follow them. Often times our skin tells us (and everyone around us) that we cheated intentionally or not.

So as much as I would love to say cheat and then book I’ll make it seem like it never happened I can’t. So please do yourself a favor and just be strict and glow out.

As much as I wish it was different it’s just not the case. And it’s not just my service that requires more than one.
A frequent misconception is that even injecting is one and done but the truth is you end up back their too and often times even more as your not healing the root health issues you.
Everyone is different and while I will never make packages mandatory I highly recommend starting with a three pack at minimum
