The Food Support Service is a WUSA student-run, non-profit service that provides food hampers to any UWaterloo students experiencing food insecurity.
The Food Support Service is a Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) student-run service. Its main function is to provide confidential assistance to undergraduate students experiencing food insecurity. 227 hampers. One term. Real students. Real need.
This fall, 214 students at UWaterloo came through WUSA Food Support Service — and yeah, that could be your classmate, your lab partner, your friend. Food insecurity doesn’t have a “look.” It just means you’re stressed about groceries on top of midterms, and that’s genuinely a lot.
FSS is free, confidential, and student-run.
