Having finished 4 books in the last week, I finished ...
- a romantasy audiobooks
- a paperback thriller
- a paranormal ebook
- dark romance paperback
Normally I replace the finished book with a similar book but how do I pick from that variety! And then add it pretty new books vs series I've been meaning to continue!

What a reading week I had last week! This whole year has been super rough on my reading (surprise mental health struggles make you not want to read or write) so the fact that last weekend I wrote 20k and then this week I finished 4 books is INSANE!
I'm so happy and proud of myself!
QOTD: How many books did you finish your best week in recent memory?
-- and PSA for my slow reader friends, I read 12-15 books at a time, so I finished 4 this week but did not start them this week!

HAPPY FRIDAY BOOK LOVERS!!!
This year has been rough for me reading books but I have managed a few and one of those was GAME ON. I loved this entire series, and I think each one is better than the next. I have been listening to them all and the audio books are exceptionally well done.
I especially loved the pet in this one b/c it was an African Grey and we have one of those! Ours is a girl who offers you yogurt, and dora and tells my oldest to "stop that". Can you tell my two oldest kids are 19 months apart so I had a toddler with a newborn. :)

I've seen this book all over bookstagram and I love a good thriller/horror book so I had to get it, but when it arrived I was SOOO disappointed! Why? Because it has not 1 but 2 of physical book icks!
Not only does it have the choppy edges (🤮) but it has the stupid flaps on a paperback. Front and Back (🙄). So what does that mean? No matter how awesome the story is this book will leave my house as soon as I finish reading it.
