When in doubt, find what excites you and follow it. When you’re feeling lost or confused, do something that you love to do to help get reconnected to that inner spark. Your passion can serve as a pretty great compass, not to mention the incredible benefits to mental, emotional, and physical health when you immerse yourself in passion, enjoyment, and pleasure.

Imagine that all children were taught the importance of listening to their inner selves and, in times of confusion, they knew the key was always to come back to themselves and get reconnected with their passion.

What kind of a difference could that make on mental health?

Go on. Find what excites you. Then feel that spark that ignited within your soul. Let it burn.🔥

This is the reason I teach my students about stressed and unstressed syllables when reading 2 or more syllable words. It affects the way we say the word and the meaning. 👍

Creating change and building your dreams is always fuelled by taking action. And action requires risk. You’ve got to take a chance.

Taking chances requires practicing courage, and courage is a muscle that needs to be exercised—through witnessing it, discussing it, being supported through it, and through practicing it.

Don’t forget that taking chances, practicing courage, and pursuing your passions are profound acts to be proud of. 💜

Because, no matter what, there is always an incredible learning opportunity that lies within every endeavour.

Don’t forget that you matter, you can make a difference, and your voice, dreams, and actions are so needed in this world.
