This Saturday we are back to the usual 💜
At 9AM, we will be meeting at the water fountain in front of the legislature building (501 Belleville St). Followed by post run coffees and refreshments at .capitalpark to end the run.
5KM out and back, all faces and paces are welcome, bring a friend, and come start the weekend off right 💪

There is no finish line on this one! Just run until the virtual Catcher Car gets you.
The virtual catcher car starts 30 minutes in and slowly reels everyone back.

Uniting six local run clubs for an inclusive, high energy day all about movement, connection, and electric vibes. 🔥
We’re kicking things off with a group run/walk at 10AM, rolling straight into a patio party from 11AM to 2PM. Expect music, games, pizza, and plenty of time to connect.

This is not just a run, it is a chance to show up, meet new people, and be part of something bigger!
There will be a dunk tank onsite allowing you to dunk your fave run leaders by donation as many times as your heart desires! 😉
These donations will support the WIRTH Foundation , helping expand access to mental health resources, reduce stigma and build stronger communities.

Join us for a group run at 10:00 AM, all paces welcome, followed by a community hang from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM with music, pizza, games, and great vibes.

Victoria’s run community is coming together like never before.
The Crossover Event #2 is all about connection, community, and moving with purpose. For one day, six of Victoria’s run clubs. Notorious Run Club, Fernwood Social Run Club, Underdog Speed Project, Island Beers Run Club, UVIC Run Club, and Cool Down Running Club are teaming up to create the city’s biggest and most inclusive run event.
We’ll kick things off with a group run at 10:00 AM, welcoming all paces and experience levels. From there, the energy shifts into a full-on community celebration from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Île Sauvage Brewing Co.

This event is free to attend, with the option to donate to the WIRTH Foundation - an organization dedicated to improving access to mental health services for those who cannot afford them. They also work to break down the stigma around seeking support and foster communities that encourage individuals to be proactive about their mental well-being.
As a running community, we know the power that connection, movement, and shared experiences have on mental health. This event is about showing up for each other in a meaningful way, both on and off the run.
We will have a dunk tank on-site where, for a $5 donation, you’ll get the chance to dunk your favourite local run club leaders.
This is more than just a run! It’s a chance to come together, support an important cause, and be part of something bigger than ourselves.
