One of the first questions people will ask me on any project is 'how much will it cost and how long will it take?'... in order to answer this with any accuracy, I will need to know where your (2) priorities lie in the construction triangle. So, take a minute to ponder this before you get your trades in for initial walk throughs etc and it will make your (and their) life a whole lot easier during construction :-)

The 'realistic' construction triangle consists of three areas:

-QUALITY
-SPEED OF EX*****ON
-PRICE POINT
..there aren't too many (if any) cases of all three areas being provided at once, so pick two to focus on and accept that the third one may not get met 😊
