Before I had coaches tell me to charge $2k for a package of coaching sessions out of the gate!! 🤯🤯

I was just getting started with helping others on their spiritual journey (I’d been on my own for 9+ years) and I felt wobbly in my abilities.

I didn’t have any testimonials from others yet. I didn’t feel at all confident.

There was also a lot of financial baggage I had to sift through before I could even dream of charging that. (I still don’t charge that btw, and that’s totally fine)

So I did a s**t load of free sessions. And with every single one, my confidence grew. People were telling me how they felt grounded, at peace.

They began manifesting money (one of my first clients manifested $30k in 3 months) they healed from child hood traumas… they’re intuition heightened. They began to see themselves as worthy and deserving of good things happening.

After that I finally felt confident enough to charge for my services. I think I was doing them for $30 a session. And even that freaked my nervous system out.

But the key to sales really is feeling confident in your abilities/products/services.

Your potential clients are picking up on that energy.

Maybe you need to stop charging a price that feels super unsafe for you, and either lower the price to one that feels like a no brainer OR do free sessions until your confidence increases.

On the outside “striving to be perfect” might seem like a good thing. But it’s actually a trauma response, most likely stemmed from childhood.

This belief kept me stuck for so long.

If only I knew more, if only I came from a family that had a track record in business, if I was a man it’s be easier, if I was more organized, if only I was like Jessica with the blonde hair and blue eyes, I’d have the success I want.

But guess what? Things didn’t change until I decided I was enough now to start.

I realized no one was coming to anoint me as good enough. NOBODY.

CELEBRATING MY RECENT CLIENT!! 🥂

What’s your biggest flex of 2021? 👇🏽

I’ve been called selfish quite a bit recently. And I’m good with it.

I’m reframing that to “self-full” or at least on my way to it.

Because you must put your energy first, your happiness first, because if YOU don’t prioritize that, who the F will?!

And contrary to the popular rhetoric, making sure you’re okay first creates a positive ripple effect, in which whatever you flow your attention to in that state MUST benefit.

When you’re depleted, resentful and you’re in the energy of obligation, the people you’re trying to help don’t really benefit because your hearts not in it anyway. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So connect back to yourself.

Ways that I fill myself up are saying yes only to things I genuinely want to do (as much as I can) I don’t do favours blindly, first I check in with my gut to see if I have the ability and desire to do it.

I also prioritize energy healing. Most mornings I balance my chakras, enjoy a walk, dance around the house, work through my feelings.

I literally protect my energy by drawing reiki symbols around myself when I go out, clear hooks in my energy, speak up for what I want.

There are many other ways to do this and it varies from person to person.
