Every DataXplorer undergoes rigorous rollbar buoyancy testing during production to validate one of its most distinctive capabilities: a patented self-righting system designed to help the USV recover from a capsize and continue its mission.
While rough seas are an inevitable part of operating offshore, they don't have to mean the end of a deployment. Our rollbar design has been proven across missions in challenging conditions, giving operators confidence that their platform is built to recover, remain operational, and keep collecting valuable data.
It's one of the many ways we engineer DataXplorer for persistence—not just endurance. Because success at sea isn't measured by avoiding every challenge, but by continuing the mission when those challenges arise.

Behind every successful mission is a team committed to putting our technology through its paces. Regular, real-world testing allows us to validate new capabilities, refine mission workflows, and ensure every DataXplorer is ready for the challenges our customers face on the water.
Just as important is the simplicity of the operation itself. Efficient launch and recovery mean more time collecting valuable data and less time preparing for the mission—making persistent ocean monitoring practical at scale.
