What a whirlwind of a day! Our turkeys turned out MUCH bigger than expected, and we had to pivot a little... but we think some of you will be pretty excited about it.

We ended up with 9 turkeys weighing over 30lbs 😬 — so we’ll now have ground turkey & turkey sausages available later this week!
