Oakville Custom Home – Progress Update

Drywall has been finished, concluding the rough construction phase and shifting focus to finishing work.

The hardwood flooring is now laid throughout the house, and the project is really starting to come together.

Next steps include finishing the cabinetry, tiling, and other final touches as we approach the final phase of this Oakville custom home.

A full main-floor transformation in this semi-detached home in East York.

Removing one wall completely opened up the space, bringing in better flow, more light, and a stronger connection between the kitchen and living area.

One massive LVL beam later… the kitchen and living room became one jaw-dropping open space.

Every detail on this facade was curated for both function and form.

Natural split-face stone sets a strong foundation, paired with smooth stucco for contrast. Above the entry, warm vertical ACM panels bring texture and depth. A black metal roof over the garage adds a clean, architectural line—low-maintenance, long-lasting, and unmistakably modern.

From the glass railings to the linear lighting and structured pavers, this exterior was built to make a statement.
