✨Tofu & Beef Rice Soup (11-Month-Old Friendly)

✨Ingredients
• 1 handful of rice

• Spinach, finely chopped
• 1 homemade beef meatball

• A small amount of roasted, unsalted seaweed

✨I cooked a handful of rice in water until soft, then added finely chopped spinach. When it was halfway cooked, I broke in one homemade beef meatball and let it cook through. Why do I give baby z**i sardines?

Sardines are such an underrated baby food! They’re packed with omega-3s, protein, calcium, and vitamin D — all amazing for little growing brains and bones.
They’re also low in mercury, which makes them a safer fish option for babies.

For a 10-month-old, I make sure to choose low-sodium sardines, rinse them well, and take the bones out.

Nutritious, budget-friendly, freezer-friendly… honestly a win-win for both mom and baby ✨
