A friend said she especially admires people who can drink tea at night. In fact, I drink tea all day. And I especially enjoy drinking tea after dinner. You grow your tolerance of tea gradually. If you suddenly drink lots tea and cannot fall asleep at night, don’t think you cannot drink tea at night. Give some time and try Vintage Raw Pu-Erh or Ripe Pu-Erh. This type of tea carrie grounded and relaxing energy.
