Hi, I'm Pancha, and I'm currently living with my wonderful foster family, Karin, in the Langley area!

I like to think I'm the perfect dog for almost any family.

I'm friendly with both people and other pets, and I have a calm, easygoing personality. At home, I have low energy, I'm independent, and I don't have separation anxiety. I rarely bark, I’m a great companion for car rides

I love affection, but I also appreciate having my own spaceI don't get into mischief when left alone. Of course, my favorite thing is to go everywhere with you, but I'm also happy to stay home and relax until you return.

I love going for walks and enjoy car rides, making me an excellent companion for all of life's adventures.
I'm clean and housebroken, and I've adapted very well to life in a home.

My story began in Mexico, where I spent a long time tied up beneath a tricycle in one of the neighborhoods with the highest rates of animal abuse. I was left there day after day, and my teeth became worn down from chewing on the wood, trying to free myself.

An independent rescuer named Isabel had seen me living like that for almost two years. Then one day, while she was stopped at a red light, she noticed that I was alone and my owners weren't around. She quickly got out of her truck, cut the rope, and rescued me.
That was the moment my life changed. ✨

After that, I lived in a foster home with more than eight dogs of all sizes.
Now, I'm ready to leave my past behind and find the forever family I've always deserved.
Please don’t forget to fill out the adoption form 💛

One day, my sister China and I were spotted running down a busy avenue. Several people tried to rescue us, but we were so frightened that we kept running into traffic, making it impossible for anyone to get close enough to catch us.

Our story was shared on social media, and throughout the day, kind people posted updates about where they had seen us. Finally, that evening, a wonderful couple found us and, with a lot of patience, earned our trust.

After more than two weeks, no one came forward to claim us, and we eventually arrived at Project Harmony.

I am currently living in a wonderful foster home with Johanna, who has cared for us since we arrived in Canada. I share my home with children, another dog, and even cats, and I get along well with everyone.

I almost always have a smile on my face. I'm a happy little girl who loves to run and play with my sister, but I'm also very affectionate and enjoy cuddling with my people, especially at bedtime.
I'm clean and fully house-trained, great on car rides, and I walk nicely on a leash. I love going for walks and being part of your daily adventures.

I do have one little quirk, I'm a bit of a picky eater and prefer my kibble mixed with wet food.

China and I would love to be adopted together because we've always had each other, but we know that finding a home for two dogs can be difficult. For that reason, we are also open to separate adoptions if the right family comes along.

You can also read my sister China's bio here. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1B4yejpeQ1/
If you think I could be the missing piece of your family, I'd love the chance to meet you. ❤️

I was rescued along with my sisters. They've all found their forever homes, and now I'm the only one still waiting for mine.

I'm currently living in an amazing foster home in Victoria, where I've shown that I'm a very social and easygoing dog. I get along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and adapt quickly to new situations.

LIA

She is a playful little daschund who will instantly steal your heart and become your forever best friend.

She sleeps in the bedroom but we trained not to allow her on the bed to help with future owners preference.

She loves going on walks and out to the park. She also loves to cuddle on the couch.

She is great with other dogs and can be taken to the dog park to play but is unsure of bigger dogs and takes a bit of time to warm up to them. Once comfortable she will run around with them

Lia was initially p*e pad trained but will not go inside the house, only on a p*e pad if provided. She has been getting great at learning to go outside instead.

She loves being around humans and will follow you around like an adorable shadow. She is great out in public and during long car rides.
She doesn't like being alone; she likes to always be accompanied by someone. She is learning that the crate is her safe place.

She has no issues with food and will always eat all of her food. She is treat motivated which helps a lot with training

👉🏼Dear community,
We wanted to share an update and explain why we've been less active on social media recently.

We experienced an unexpected issue with the owner of the Project Harmony house, who requested that we vacate the property by the end of May on very short notice. As a result, we had to seek legal assistance to help us navigate the situation.

Fortunately, after a lengthy process, the matter was resolved on June 2, and we now have additional time to relocate.

🐾Because of everything happening behind the scenes, we were largely absent during the past month and have fallen behind in responding to messages.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support 🫶

🔝Throughout this challenging time, we never stopped rescuing animals and continuing our work. In fact, we already have some amazing pets who are ready to find their forever homes‼️

✔️Here we share photos of China, Karry, Pancha, Naty and Lia, currently in amazing foster homes in Vancouver.

Thank you for being part of our community💖

It took the help of several people for Tina to finally come into our care.🔝💖🙏🏼

👉🏼Tina had been given up for adoption by another 😤🤬😡👎🏼⛑️🐶, unspayed, and sadly endured abuse at the hands of the family who adopted her.

🐾She suffered a hip fracture that was never treated, leaving her in pain for a long time. Although the fracture eventually healed on its own, it left Tina with a slight limp.

Tina is currently undergoing medical treatment for the diseases she tested positive for, and her bloodwork has also revealed severe anemia. 💔

🔝Despite everything she has endured, Tina is an incredibly sociable, loving, and gentle little dog,She weighs only 2.5 kilos, 3 years old, is fully house-trained, never barks, and absolutely loves going for car rides.💖

🆘Right now, Tina urgently needs a foster home in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, for one month while she continues her recovery and treatment.🙏🏼

After a long journey marked by pain, abandonment, and surviving on the streets while sick, Chris never lost his beautiful spirit. From the streets, he went on to spend almost a year living in a cage at the city pound. 💔

👉🏼 When we began his medical protocol, we discovered a hip injury, and the x-rays showed that Chris required surgery to ensure a good quality of life. He recovered incredibly well from his hip surgery, which made us firmly believe that life was finally giving our beloved Chris the chance he deserved: to be healthy and find his forever family. We felt we were one step closer to the happy future we had always longed for him to have.

🐾Then one day, something changed.
Chris began losing his spark, and during an urgent visit to the vet over the weekend, we received heartbreaking news:
Chris had cancer‼️🥲😤

✔️Today, Chris is bravely going through his fourth round of chemotherapy. The treatment has not been easy, and he has experienced some side effects, but even now, he continues to face every day with incredible strength and the sweetest attitude.🫶

We truly believe Chris will overcome this battle. And when he does, we know the life he has always longed for is still waiting for him a loving forever family to call his own.💙🙌🏻

Chris is gentle, affectionate, and incredibly well-mannered. After everything he has endured, he deserves nothing less than a true second chance at happiness.🔝
