With several years of first aid experience and over 8 years experience within the Fire Fighting Department our First Aid Pro's head instructor, Allan Cabatic, is currently one of the first aid instructors of his respected shift and has worked as a Primary Care Paramedic for BC Ambulance.

APRIL 2026 RECAP 🚑
Another busy month serving businesses, schools, healthcare teams, and community organizations across Metro Vancouver.
This past month:

✅ 40+ classes delivered
✅ Dental, corporate, school, police, and community training sessions across the Lower Mainland
Thank you to all the organizations that continue to prioritize workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and CPR/first aid education.

February 13 was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
In a single day, our instructors were trusted by police departments, school districts, healthcare clinics, community centres, and corporate partners across BC to deliver high-quality, efficient first aid and CPR training.
From AED orientation with law enforcement to certifying healthcare professionals in BLS…
From training 80 students in Intermediate First Aid to equipping teachers to build CPR & naloxone curriculum for their own classrooms…

Business goals I wrote in my Notes app in 2018 📝
• Teach 20+ courses
• Deliver training without relying on notes
• Earn unsolicited feedback (5 reviews or referrals)
• Make $5–10K net
5-year goals I wrote back then 🗒️:
• Incorporate the business
• Hire 3–5 instructors
• Outgrow my firefighting income 👨🏽🚒
Back then, these goals felt big.
Uncomfortable. A little intimidating.
Looking back, I’m grateful for what small, consistent goals can turn into — often in ways you never fully plan for.
Progress doesn’t come from motivation.
It comes from discipline — doing the things you don’t like, over and over, long before the reward shows up.
