So a bunch of years ago in Victoria myself and these two started a band and practiced a bunch and played 1 house show and then I moved and we didn’t see each other at all for 5 years until last December, after I had sent some demos after a nudge from Levi and we all met up on a Friday night and hungout in a jam space and played the songs. Then we spent 2 days recording with the extraordinary help of Lucas , we recorded 5 songs in 2 days and then added lead guitar to them and mixed them and then Stu mastered them and now they’re all shiny and done and I can share them with you

The first single off this EP will be out February 27th and then the rest of them sometime after that and I’ll talk about them all a bunch more in the coming weeks because of course they are a product of my very big feelings and I have much to say. For now I’m just super grateful to these guys for bringing my vision to life in a way that felt real authentic and supportive and I can’t wait to share that with you ❣️

When I started writing this song it was about stress leave and now it’s about 18 other things that don’t go together. No say just a vessel
