We’re excited to feature Angela Vidal, Project Administrator at Emil Anderson Maintenance.

“My advice to any young woman venturing into construction, whether in the field or office roles, is to stand tall with confidence, remain authentic, and embrace the opportunities to learn from your peers,” Angela shares.

“Entering the construction industry was a deliberate step towards building on my professional experience. I originally started in the field as a paramedic for a powerline company and further pursued safety courses to broaden my understanding of the employer responsibilities. This transition highlighted my interests in operational facets of the construction industry, and allowed me to continue to work with people on a day to day basis while developing a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics.”

Thank you for sharing your wisdom and background, Angela! Join us in celebrating her in the comments.
