A throwback here! We completed this full house renovation in 2021. Our clients recently sold the home for a profit and had new photos taken. Our clients are super cool (you know you are...) and they gracefully shared the new photos with me.

Key points about this renovation-- we made a three bedroom main floor a ONE bedroom with an office. We removed a kitchen wall for an open concept. The hardwood is original, and was skillfully patched and refinished by our team. Many of the walls were spray-foam insulated to increase the R value of the home.

There was originally only one washroom on the main floor. We were able to add a 3 piece ensuite with a huge walk-in shower.

The custom kitchen was a perfect investment for this renovation.

It's worthy to note that in 2015 we renovated the basement to install a fully separate basement suite as a mortgage helper. These investments lead to a profit when our clients sold the home.

Our team rose to the occasion! We recently completed a full renovation on this Watermark home. Key installments were the hardwood on second floor, the large format tile around the fireplace, making the basement gym larger by combining the original gym with a bedroom (check out the custom sauna built in!), total refurbishment of the basement bar and kitchen including custom cabinet modifications, new island, snazzy granite counters, and full lacquer paint of the kitchen.
We also installed all new carpeting, and painted every single surface of the home, including over 230 drawers!

Gotta love a warm autumn! Gentle weather has allowed us to complete one last fencing project for the year.

Stairway to condo heaven.

We created this level, smooth and clean place to park an RV. the pad is built with just enough slope to drain water front to back. It’s level side to side, which makes parking your RV super easy— no blocks or ramps needed. We also installed 30amp power so that the four season RV becomes a guest house- now that’s a good investment! Before we did that, we created a space for a super secure container-shed.

Our clients had a vision for their small washroom. We put that vision together.
