Los Angeles Youth Build site, I was privileged to provide a short presentation to these amazing Youth Build students.

Good Morning folks, my morning mediation was about neutrality. "Neutralities effect is peace".
What does creating peace look like or feel like? The feeling of neutrality is a feeling where all thoughts/feelings are clear and in order with no emotional friction present. In short, having no judgement or strong opinions is the "state of peace". We know our past experiences create anxious thoughts of the future, whether it was self-created or simply placing yourself in that past experience...either way you own it.
There is nothing wrong with strong opinions or judgements for it can be quite the game in the human experience. Where it hinders humanity is when it becomes so serious that one can be stuck in the opinions and judgements where the magnificence of creation is no longer realized.
To the mind and emotions, peace is boring for there's no drama or trauma. To the realized heart and spirit....you are now "awakening to your presence"
