✨ Reformer springs can challenge you and support you during exercises. So make sure you work with the resistance and not against it
✨ It's ok 👌to mess up your breathing in the first class. Focus on movement and muscular engagement
✨ Shaking is good, just make sure you can control the movement so your nervous system is not screaming at you 😱
✨ Be open minded and willing to learn!
