We officially kickstarted our International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) mission live at Meridian International Center with orientation from Blake Bergen from the Exchange Programs - U.S. Department of State & Blake Bergen and our first engagement with Mr. Aka ram R. Elias about federalism. Mammy thanks to US Mission Kampalafor this great opportunity.

DEC 20TH - AT THE AMERICAN CENTRE - REIMAGINING THE FUTURE OF HIP HOP CULTURE IN UGANDA THAT WE ENVISION TOGETHER.
As we celebrate more than two decades of powering Indigenous Hip Hop Culture in Uganda, we are proud to present our 4th Annual Remix Conference, a creative youth platform intended to mobilize and harness the artistic power and vision of the youth to create collective healing solutions designed to educate, restore, reconnect and unify communities.
This conference is an annual event where young creative builders come together to share their different community transformation practices and discuss how to create the future that is envisioned by all of them as a collective. The conference avails a safe space for the youth in Uganda to experience new authentic ways that inspire them to live purpose driven lives creating synergies which further lead them to the unlocking of their full potential.
Do invite the entire Hip Hop Family especially those who hearts and love are vested in growing their vision and ideas into thriving cultural tools that contribute to the shaping of our ever evolving industry.

MWOOYO BREAKING BATTLES
More than a Decade plus the remerging of urban meets traditional energy through break dancing took over Uganda. Many young men and women gravitated to the authentic feeling and uniqueness that it presented inspiring them to participate in this powerful dance realm. This Hip Hop Element / Art form of Breaking became one of the fast growing popular youth engagement program that not only transformed many lives but established many foundation of young leaders to use Break Dancing as a tool for social change. Over the years many success stories have been witnessed and we continue to experience the outcomes and impact of break dance organisation not only locally but globally. It is in this truth that we stand to honour the movements and organization whose contribution to Hip Hop Culture in Uganda remains celebrated through the seeds planted.
Mwooyo Breaking Battle are hosted in celebration of the spirit in which we were unified to create new solution for self healing and community transformation. Wether you are a small or big movement this Breaker convening is designed for you to always celebrate your journey and the story of your roots.
As Bavubuka Foundation we are excited to collaborate with Authentic Voice Africa to ensure that we can build a generational impact platform designed to honour each contributors spirit, creating new pathways of respect, love and unity that encourage the power of one.
