The ocean is such an integral part of my life that when I’m away from it for too long, I start to feel anxious and restless. I miss the salty wind, the cold rush of the water on my face, and the sense of mystery and adventure that the depths bring.
I feel incredibly lucky to call Vancouver Island home, surrounded by the ocean and all the life it supports.
