This dried beef is made from beef without fat in a very slow process. It is also mixed with fried garlic, onion, chilli flakes and other spices.

You don't need to heat it, just enjoy it with hot rice, dal, biryani, pulao, noodles or sometimes you can sprinkle it on top of your soup and you will reach cloud 9😁.
Without any worry you can keep this beef fresh inside the chiller for about 6 to 9 months.
