This Reno transformed the basement laundry area into a cleaner, brighter, and more intentional space. The ceiling was finished to conceal ductwork, instantly making the room feel taller and more polished. Improved lighting brightened the entire area, eliminating shadows and giving it a fresh feel.

Walls were refinished and painted, creating a cohesive look that separates the laundry area from the rest of the basement.

Updated storage solutions reduced clutter, and the appliances were integrated into a more streamlined layout.

East York Basement Bathroom Reno

Complete gut of this basement bathroom in The Beaches, Toronto

▪️Concrete was very thin and had a lot of sand, we had to redo parts of it and used self leveller to prep for tiles
▪️Exhaust vent was left in the ceiling and all the wiring was very sketchy. But we still got it done✅ 🚽 🛀🚿
