A great thing about AC/Yam 153" & 162" suspensions is that they're very lightweight. An unfortunate problem is also that they're very lightweight. There is a weak spot in the top of the rail just in front of the rear axle that tends to bend to the side. When it does, there is almost no support to keep the rail from bending upward. This can cause the rail to fold in very dramatic fashion. Our new rail brace kit fits in to the openings in the rail, sandwiching the weak area with 6061 aluminum braces. Install is quick and easy and can help you avoid the time and expense of rail replacement.

A true cold air out-of-hood intake. Breathes 100% outside air, unlike the most common intakes that draw air from under the hood. It's less hassle than other out of hood intakes in that it does not need to be removed when removing hood/body panels from the sled. The Max-RAM stays attached to the hood panel with the inner plenum feeding directly into the top of the factory airbox. Does not block under hood air flow by blocking the left side air inlet like other ram air intakes. This means cooler under hood temperatures and cooler clutches for improved overall performance.

Finished up a couple of Max-RAM intakes for a customer. The summer season is a great time to get your orders in. Each intake takes about 15 hours to produce so it's best to avoid a mid-season rush.
