As we grow, we are looking for a motivated and hardworking Mowing Assistant to join our team and help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual to support our landscape team in providing top-notch lawn care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for outdoor work, and a desire to contribute to creating beautiful lawns for our clients. As a Mowing Assistant, you will work alongside our skilled crew to mow, trim, and maintain lawns to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with mowing, trimming, and edging lawns using commercial-grade equipment.
• Ensure all lawns are evenly mowed and meet company standards for quality.
• Maintain and operate lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Assist in the removal of debris, leaves, and other yard waste.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficient job completion.
• Assist with other landscaping tasks as needed, including mulching, planting, and general yard maintenance.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred, but not required.
